The twilight world of the shopping mall

Shopping Centres seem to have a second life once the customers have gone home and the shutters have come down. A silent army of security staff, cleaners and maintenance crew go about their work, barely acknowledging each other's presence.

The installation team from Rewarding Visits and One Digital joined this twilight world when installing the first Outdoor Touchpoint at The Gracechurch Centre in Sutton Coldfield.

As the lights slowly went out in the shops and the security barriers were erected across the malls, one by one, the screen and the terminal were bolted together, lifted into position and then fixed to the wall.

Finally it was all done, ready for the electrician the next day. Thoughts quickly turned in quick succession from "how do we now get out again?", to "where's the nearest McDonalds?"
